Somatic Experiencing, helps to make space for your experience. Helping you feel empowered and embodied is number one!

We find ways to identify and strengthen the resources you already have so you can begin to build your capacity.

You won’t have to choke back the tears any longer because you’ll have the tools and capacity to process even challenging emotions and experiences.

“The issues are in the tissues!”

This is a bottom-up approach, meaning we start with the sensations in your body. This helps you feel more regulated so you can begin to explore what feelings, memories, and subconscious beliefs might be just under the surface. Once you have a sense of what it is you can get to the root and support deep, lifelong healing.

Somatic Experiencing emphasizes the resolution of trauma on the deepest level in the nervous system.

Research shows that unresolved traumas play a significant role in many common mental and physical illnesses, including anxiety, depression, chronic pain, insomnia, irrational fears, or constantly feeling “on guard,” etc.

No wonder you don’t feel like your whole self! I’ll offer the support you need so you can finally begin to address these issues, and begin to feel REALLY better!
